At 30 years old, my life came to a standstill.

After developing post-viral chronic fatigue syndrome, I spent months moving between being bed-ridden and pushing myself through work, feeling like I was running a marathon just to get through the day. I experienced ongoing flu-like symptoms, exhaustion, joint pain, digestive issues, insomnia, weight loss, anxiety, and low mood — and despite countless appointments, the only advice I received was to rest and wait.

I felt lost, unheard, and disconnected from my body.

It was during this time that I returned to acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine — therapies I had previously used for stress and menstrual health — and this time, they became an important part of my recovery journey.

For the first time, I felt truly listened to. More importantly, I felt hope. There was a plan. There were explanations that made sense. There were things I could actively do to support myself.

Through regular treatments, herbal medicine, dietary changes, and some deeply challenging (but rewarding) inner work, I began to reconnect with my body. I learned to notice subtle shifts, respond to early signs, and trust my body again. Over time, I noticed meaningful changes in how I felt and gained tools I could rely on if my health ever wavered again.

That experience shaped me at my core.

I knew I wanted to help others who feel confused, dismissed, or stuck with ongoing health concerns — people who are searching not just for symptom relief, but for understanding, support, and a way forward.

Today, my approach to Chinese medicine is grounded in partnership. I’m here to guide and support you, but also to educate and empower you, so you can better understand your body and build a lifestyle that supports long-term wellbeing.

You deserve care that listens deeply — and support that helps you feel informed, supported, and empowered in your health journey.
