Your initial consultation allows time for detailed discussion of your main health concerns, alongside traditional Chinese medicine assessments such as pulse and tongue observation and other relevant examinations. These methods help build a holistic understanding of your body and overall health.

Treatment is then tailored to your individual needs and may include acupuncture, with supportive techniques such as massage, moxibustion, cupping, or gua sha where appropriate. Lifestyle and dietary guidance may also be offered to support your treatment.

Herbal medicine may be recommended in some cases and, if suitable, will be discussed with you and supplied at an additional cost.

Tui Na massage

60 minutes I $130 OR 90 minutes I $175

Tui na (Chinese remedial massage) is a hands-on treatment that focuses on relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include a combination of massage techniques, acupressure, joint mobilisation, and myofascial work.

Cupping, gua sha, or moxibustion may be incorporated to help ease pain, stiffness, or fatigue. Treatments are both effective and calming, supporting physical recovery while also helping to relax the nervous system. Tui Na can be booked as a standalone treatment and may be beneficial for musculoskeletal pain, stress-related tension, restricted movement, and general body fatigue.
