Cancellations & Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full treatment fee.
Appointments that are missed without notice (no-shows) will also be charged the full fee and must be paid before any further bookings can be made.
To ensure adequate time for treatment, a minimum session length is required. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to proceed with your appointment and the full treatment fee will still apply.
